Cuban Cocktail
Ingredients: 0.5 each Lime juice
2.0 oz. Rum
0.5 teaspoon powdered Sugar
Directions: Serve in a cocktail glass
Cuban Cocktail No. 2
Ingredients: 0.5 each Juice of Lime
2.0 oz. light Rum
0.5 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Cuban Cocktail No. 3
Ingredients: 0.5 oz. Apricot Brandy
1.5 oz. Brandy
0.25 each Juice of Lemon
1.0 tsp Light Rum
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. (Juice of 1/2 lime may be substituted for juice of 1/4 lemon, if preferred.)
